| The PXD Guitar brand was a new brand of guitars aimed at today's heavy metal guitar players with the intent of taking market share from metal-focused brands like Schecter, ESP, & BC Rich. My design intent was to create a unified brand identity and look, which was an area in which Peavey was systemically challenged. I aslo wanted to hearken back to some classic guitar designs while also borrowed some surfacing cues from the modern automotive industry |
